Happy Birthday to Spill! We want to celebrate the first rotation around the sun for the beloved sophomore album from Dad Hats by introducing yet another single and another radically fun music video into the world. To celebrate the vinyl re-pressing of the international smash album Spill, we have a radio edit of the chart-climbing single Claustrophobia, and an acoustic version of Brain In A Jar - both of which are alternate takes from the versions found on the album. For now, these little 7" beauties will be the only place where you can hear these tracks until we make them available digitally later in the year. When will we do this? Hard to say. Better grab one while you can if you consider yourself a TRUE fan!
These seven inch records come housed in a reverseboard printed jacket, which we then screen printed on the inside with the lyrics to Claustrophobia. A simple, one-color print that adds some additional texture to both the inside and outside of the album art, it was designed against a stark red background, which gives way to a sense of chaos...quite fitting for the lyrical tone of the song. Each copy is also hand numbered out of only 30 copies. This will not be repressed, so consider yourself warned!
