The test pressing for The Juliana Theory's final album Deadbeat Sweetheartbeat!
These test pressings were limited to 25 total copies, each one hand numbered.
The regular edition of this pressing featured an insane double gatefold jacket, and the test pressing features a completely hand-crafted version of the same layout. Each one folds out to over 4 feet long and is housed inside of a slip cover, completely mirroring the regular edition. We chose to print them using metallic silver ink on black board as an homage to the inverted color scheme on the DVD of the Deluxe Edition CD release.
To complete this task, each jacket was created by individually cutting 7 uniquely die-cut sheets of railroad board, screen printing them and then gluing them together for final assembly. By rough estimate, each jacket took roughly 4-5 hours to create, start to finish. Not only are these rare, they are a spectacular sight to behold and will be a standout in any collection!
